CANCELLATION POLICY

SERVICE POLICIES BOOKING & DEPOSITS: First-Time lash clients A $25 non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of scheduling (lash extensions only) to secure your appointment. Appointments are not guaranteed until the deposit is received. Payment can be made via Venmo, Cash App, or cash. Cash is preferred day of apt. PRE-APPOINTMENT PREP: Please arrive with clean lashes (no makeup, oils, or mascara).
Avoid caffeine before your appointment to minimize eye movement. 
 CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING: 
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in loss of your deposit. Same-day cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee. LATE POLICY: 
A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
After 15 minutes, your appointment may be rescheduled, and a fee may apply. (Please txt if running late) NO SHOWS: No Call / No Show clients who miss an appointment without notice will be required to pay 100% of the service cost before booking any future appointments. 
 FILL-INS: 
Fills must be booked within 2–3 weeks of your last appointment.
If you have less than 40% of your lashes remaining, a full set may be required. AFTERCARE: 
Avoid water, steam, and sweating for 24 hours after your appointment.
Do not use oil-based products around the eyes.
Brush lashes daily and clean them regularly to maintain good retention. ALLERGIES & REACTIONS: If you have swelling, redness, pain, dryness you need an immediate removal. 
If you have sensitive eyes or a history of reactions, please request a patch test at least 24–48 hours prior.
Results are not guaranteed and vary by individual. NO REFUNDS: 
Due to the nature of the service, no refunds will be given. All services and booking fees are non-refundable. PERMANENT JEWELRY DISCLAIMER: 
Permanent jewelry is custom-fit and welded without a clasp. By booking, you acknowledge there is a small risk of breakage or snagging. Vibe Lash Studio is not responsible for damage due to wear, improper care, lost, or accidents after your appointment and we are not obligated to replace it. Repairs & Rewelds: 1 free Complimentary reweld may be offered. Due to surgery removal, or one time breakage. 
After that period, a small fee will apply for repairs or rewelding. Jewelry Removal: Permanent jewelry can be removed at any time by cutting it with scissors at the jump ring.
Removal for medical procedures or personal reasons is the client’s responsibility. Health & Safety: Please inform us of any metal allergies or sensitivities prior to your appointment. EAR PIERCING POLICIES I currently pierce outer ear ONLY. Must be 18 or have a legal guardian present at time of piercing. Age Requirement: Ear piercings are only available for clients 8 years and older. Piercing Method: All piercings are performed using hollow needles to ensure safety and precision. Parental Consent: Clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian present to provide consent. Aftercare: Proper aftercare instructions will be provided. Following them is essential to avoid infection or complications. Health Considerations: Clients with certain medical conditions (e.g., allergies to metals, skin infections, or compromised immune systems) should consult a doctor before piercing. Lost or Damaged Jewelry: Vibe Lash Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged jewelry and is not obligated to replace it.
